The Three Best Super Bowl Gluten-Free Dip Recipes that Not-Gluten-Free People Can Enjoy, Too

The Super Bowl is coming, NFL playoffs are here, and everyone (especially gluten free people!) need sustenance! I have written about being gluten- and dairy-free before, but have recently re-introduced dairy into my diet (it’s a miracle, hallelujah!) and wanted to share these recipes with the world of gluten free friends. Though, if you aren’t gluten free (like most people in my life), I guarantee you will enjoy these recipes, too!

  1. Buffalo Chicken Dip: This recipe was introduced to me at a family Christmas party last month and was made by my husband’s cousin (who said it took him less than an hour to put together!). There was nothing left in the dish at the end of the party and it goes awesomely with corn chips OR vegetables. Voila!
  2. Seven-Layer-Taco-Dip: My sister introduced this original recipe to me and she makes it for most occasions we’ll be attending together but whenever she’s not coming I get the honors of bringing the most popular dip at the party to the party! Ingredients: 16 ounces refried beans, 1 package taco seasoning, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup guacamole, 1 cup lettuce, 1 cup Mexican blend cheese, 4 ounces sliced olives OR jalepenos for extra kick, 1 cup tomatoes. Instructions: In a 13×9 pan or 8×8 or 9×9 pie plate, layer ingredients in this order: Refried beans, sour cream mixed w/ taco seasoning, guacamole, Mexican cheese, lettuce, sliced olives and/or jalepenos, tomatoes. Enjoy!
  3. Spinach and Artichoke Dip: A classic and favorite. A classic favorite! Takes a bit more prep than the others but is totally worth it.
